On this page you’ll find an overview of all tools with which to analyze your survey.
In the table on this page you will find the following data:
- Report name: This is the name you defined in the first phase of creating a report.
- Report type: Three report types are available in Survalyzer NG: Basic report, Segmented Excel report and Pro report.
- Changed: This displays the date on which the procedure for creating a report was last changed. This change was made in one or more of the stages Report name – Questions – Filter – Activation. In case of a segmented Excel report, the latter stage is replaced by the stages Segments and Download.
These data will only be shown, once you have created a report for the appropriate survey.
The following icons are displayed on the right-hand side of the report table:
These icons will be described from left to right:

The available report types are shown below:

This is a basic report for the most common use cases. - Segmented Excel report
This report is based on self-defined segments. It is only available, if you are a professional user. - Professional report
The professional report allows you to create “high-end” dashboards, you need a separate Survalyzer Dashboard licence to use this software.
Raw data files can be exported for analysis outside Survalyzer: either by yourself or by using external tools.
Once you have clicked this button, the Download screen will appear allowing you to select some data before downloading the raw data.
By clicking on this button, you will delete all collected interview data belonging to this survey in one go. All counters will be reset to zero. In addition, the individual links in the e-mail distribution and on the link lists can no longer be used.
Note: This action cannot be undone.
The response rates show the number of invited respondents, classified by status. Each status shows not only the absolute number, but also the percentage of the total number of invited respondents. For a description of each status, see What does the Survey Status mean?
The figure below shows that 246 respondents were invited for the corresponding survey. Of these 246 respondents,
- 54 respondents did not answer the survey > status Not responded.
- 19 respondents have not (yet) completed the survey > status In progress.
- 153 respondents completed the survey > status Completed.
- 10 respondents received a screenout for a certain question, because they probably do not belong to the desired target group > status Screenout.
- 10 respondents did not complete the survey because quotas have been set for certain questions that filter out the respondents concerned > status Quotafull.
In Responses per day you can view the number of respondents that have completed the survey for each specified date. This indicates that you are only able to view the results of surveys that have been allocated the Completed status. On 21 January 2021 alone, 80 respondents have completed the corresponding survey.
Here you can specify whether the report link is only accessible to a logged-in Survalyzer user (Private) or to everyone who has access to this link (Public).
