There are several ways to include a video in your survey. The easiest is to use one of the many video sharing platforms, such as YouTube or Vimeo. Alternatively, you can upload your video (or audio) to the NG Audio – Video directory in Survalyzer Next Generation. Either way, the end result is the same – the ability to show a video to your respondents without forwarding them to another webpage.
Here is a great help page from YouTube which will help you to find your embed code:
https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en
And here is the equivalent Vimeo help:
https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224969968-Embedding-videos-overview
You will receive something like this:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PLx0sYbCqOb8TBPRdmBHs5Iftvv9TPboYG" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>
This can be added to your source code, for example, as a text block element. The width of the element should be changed to “100%”, so that the video is responsive.

NOTE: For autoplay to work, it’s important that the video is NOT on the first page of the survey. This is because autoplay with sound only works if there has already been an interaction with that webpage.
A self-uploaded file should always be in an MP4 format for video or MP3 format for audio.
Precondition: Your need to know how manage files.
Get familiar how to manage (upload, delete) files in Survalyzer Next Generation by reading the following article: Files and Media
