Viewing all questions from a survey

To enable a participant to view all questions from the survey, a PDF download procedure must be set up. To this end, the {{survey.answers_pdf_all}} link should be included in a textbox at the beginning of a survey.

Note: The participant receives an overview of all questions without having entered or selected any answers.

The procedure is as follows:

  • Include a text block at the beginning of the survey.
  • Insert the desired text into the text block, e.g. Click the link below, if you want to get an idea in advance of the questions you can expect in this survey.
  • Click the Rich text editor… link.
  • Position the cursor at the position where you want to insert a PDF link.
  • Click on the Placeholder icon (see below).
  • Enter the value PDF in the search field.
  • Click the {{survey.answers_pdf_all}} link below to include the Download PDF link in the text box.
  • Click the Save changes button in the Rich text editor.

When a participant starts to fill out the survey, the questions asked in this survey can be downloaded directly at the beginning. To do so, he/she must click the Download PDF button.

Note: This procedure must be carried out for each language from the corresponding survey.
