- Chart: adjust series colors to visually reflect the scale meaning
Example use case: Understand how respondents rated your company’s characteristic on a 6 point scale (frequency of each answer)
A: Creating chart
B: Coloring series
6. Open Question: Text | WordCloud chart
Task: Using table wizard, create a table that displays all open question answers of type text. Build a wordcloud chart on this table.
Example use case: Learn all open comments given by respondents
Report and Table filtering
Learn how to filter the entire report or specific table.
7. Report Filter | Only Completed Interviews
Task: Create a global report filter that will include only completed interviews in all calculations
Example use case: Analyze only completed interviews in your report
8. Table Filter with Table Wizard
Task: Using table wizard, create a table with count & percentage values for NPS question, that will include only interview language and question-answer based table filter.
Example use case: NPS Score for English respondents younger than 18 years old
Table Wizard: working with different aggregators
Learn how to use aggregators in table wizard to achieve pivot tables other than default ones.
10. Single Response | Mean | Gauge Chart
Task: Using Table Wizard, select single response question and create a table with mean value calculation. Create a Gauge Chart based on that value.
Additional adjustments:
- Table: set rows to question variables
- Chart: Adjust Y axis min value, max value and interval
Example use case: Analyze customer satisfaction mean value
11. Matrix 1-6 scale | Mean | Spider Chart
Task: Using table wizard, create a table with mean values for each matrix row question. Build a spider chart on this table, showing only percentage values.
Additional adjustments:
- Chart: adjust chart height for better labels visibility
Example use case: Understand how respondents rated your company’s characteristic on a 6 point scale (mean of each answer)
12. Single Response | Top 2 Box | Gauge Chart
Task: Using table wizard, create a table with count and percentage values for top2 answers of single response question. Build a gauge chart this table, showing percentage value.
Example use case: Tracking Top2 Box for Customer Effort Score
13. Matrix | Top 2 | Bar Chart
Task: Using table wizard, create a table with count and percentage values for top2 answers of matrix single response question. Build a bar chart on this table, showing percentage values.
Additional adjustments:
- Chart: order categories by value
- Chart: adjust legend label text
Example use case:
Table Wizard: Segmentation
Learn how to create segmented tables using table wizard. You can segment by time, by variable, or create more custom segments based on desired conditions.
14. Segmentation: Time | Matrix | Mean | Line Chart
Task: Using table wizard, create a table, segmented by month, showing mean values from matrix single response question. Create a line chart showing mean values by month.
Additional adjustments:
- Chart: set “categories as series”
Example use case: Monitor Customer Experience Score development in monthly waves
