Transaction log
For the Account Admin it is possible to download the transaction log from the subscription overview:
An Excel file is exported containing the following information:
- Timestamp: when the transaction took place.
- Amount: the amount of credits that was added or substracted.
- Balance: the remaining balance after the transaction was completed.
- Comment: information about the amount of credits and the service it was used for.
