Enabling 2-factor Authentication

Step 1: Account Admin should enable 2-factor Authentication in the Account Administration

Step 2: Enable Multi factor Authentication in your profile

Please note that each user needs to enable multi factor authentication by themselves.

Step 3: Scan the QR Code

Please scan the QR Code in your authenticator app. There are multiple apps on the market; you can choose one of them, if you don’t have already one.

Step 4: Logout and Login

After a new login you can then enter the code the authenticator app reveals to you.

  1. After resetting, go to the Step 2: Enable Multi factor Authentication in your profile in this instruction (Enabling 2-factor Authentication) and scan the QR code included using any compatible authenticator app (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator).
  1. Login to your account.
