Enabling 2-factor Authentication

Step 1: Account Admin should enable 2-factor Authentication in the Account Administration

Step 2: Enable Multi factor Authentication in your profile

Please not that each user needs to enable multi factor authentication by himself.

Step 3: Scan the QR Code

Please scan the QR Code in your authenticator app. There are multiple apps on the market you can choose one of them if you dont have already one

Step 4: Logout and Login

after a new login you can then enter the code the authenticator app shows you
