Survalyzer has four user roles with different permissions, as follows.
Account Admin
An account admin has access to all workspaces from all workspace groups. An account admin can create new workspace groups, new users and additional account admins.
Workspace Group Admin
A workspace group admin is a user type with automated access to all workspaces within a workspace group. In addition, a workspace group admin can add new users within their workspace group and set their access rights.
User
The user has the least number of permissions within Survalyzer. A normal user has access to the workspaces set in their user settings. The access rights of a user can be set by the workspace group admin or the account admin.
Portal User
Portal users are also referred to as panel members or dashboard viewers, depending on the context. Portal users are managed by the Survalyzer user in the panel area and are suitable for use in the dashboard or panel area for large numbers of users.
